In this interview Sa’da Kayed sings a song from her childhood and various resistance songs that were popular during the war, including a song that mocks the Arab kings for their cowardice.

All her life, she has worked at the tobacco factory in Tyre, Lebanon. She is renowned in the camp for her storytelling talent and her jokes. No one knows as many Palestinian folk songs as she does. “She can make you cry and laugh at the same time,” say her neighbours.
